MomoGhor website ব্যবহার বা আমাদের মাধ্যমে order করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের Terms & Conditions মেনে service ব্যবহার করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
পণ্য ও Service
মমঘর kitchen, home, lifestyle, care এবং দৈনন্দিন প্রয়োজনের বিভিন্ন product customer-এর কাছে সরবরাহ করে।
Product availability, variation, specification এবং stock সময়ের সাথে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
Product Information
আমরা product-এর title, ছবি, description, specification, price ও অন্যান্য তথ্য যথাসম্ভব সঠিক রাখার চেষ্টা করি।
Device display, photography বা supplier/manufacturer update-এর কারণে actual product-এর color বা packaging-এ সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।
তবে product-এর গুরুত্বপূর্ণ specification বা functionality-এর উল্লেখযোগ্য পার্থক্য হলে আমাদের Return & Refund Policy প্রযোজ্য হবে।
Order Placement
Website-এ order submit করা মানেই order চূড়ান্তভাবে accepted হয়েছে—এমন নয়।
Stock, payment, delivery information এবং অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় verification শেষে order confirm করা হতে পারে।
Customer-কে সঠিক:
- নাম
- phone number
- delivery address
- এবং প্রয়োজনীয় order information
প্রদান করতে হবে।
মূল্য
Website-এ প্রদর্শিত price সাধারণত সংশ্লিষ্ট product-এর current selling price।
Pricing error, technical error বা ভুল product information পাওয়া গেলে আমরা customer-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করে order সংশোধন বা cancel করতে পারি।
আগে payment করা থাকলে এবং order fulfil করা সম্ভব না হলে applicable refund দেওয়া হবে।
Payment
Available হলে customer নিচের মতো payment method ব্যবহার করতে পারেন:
- Cash on Delivery
- Mobile financial payment
- Supported online payment gateway
- Website-এ প্রদর্শিত অন্যান্য payment method
প্রতিটি payment method-এর নিজস্ব conditions প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery order-এর ক্ষেত্রে customer delivery গ্রহণের সময় courier/delivery representative-কে applicable amount প্রদান করবেন।
Order confirmation বা verification-এর প্রয়োজনে আমাদের team customer-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে।
Delivery
Delivery time, delivery charge এবং অন্যান্য condition আমাদের Shipping/Delivery Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
Courier বা logistics partner-এর কারণে কিছু delivery schedule পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
Return, Refund ও Exchange
Product return, exchange এবং refund আমাদের Return & Refund Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation আমাদের Cancellation Policy অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
Warranty
কোনো product-এ manufacturer বা seller warranty থাকলে তা product page, invoice বা package-এ আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ করা হতে পারে।
সব product-এর জন্য warranty আছে বলে ধরে নেওয়া যাবে না।
Account Security
Customer account ব্যবহার করলে নিজের OTP, password বা authentication information নিরাপদ রাখার দায়িত্ব customer-এর।
অন্য কারও সাথে OTP বা sensitive authentication information share করা উচিত নয়।
নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার
Website ব্যবহার করে:
- Fraudulent order
- Unauthorized access attempt
- Website security bypass
- Automated abuse
- False identity ব্যবহার
- অন্য customer-এর account ব্যবহার
- Illegal activity
করা যাবে না।
এ ধরনের activity শনাক্ত হলে account বা order সীমিত/cancel করা হতে পারে।
Intellectual Property
MomoGhor-এর নিজস্ব logo, branding, website design, written content এবং অন্যান্য proprietary material অনুমতি ছাড়া commercialভাবে copy বা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না, যেখানে applicable intellectual-property right প্রযোজ্য।
Third-Party Services
Payment, courier, analytics বা অন্যান্য service-এর জন্য third-party provider ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
Third-party service-এর নিজস্ব terms, availability এবং privacy practices থাকতে পারে।
দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা
মমঘর যুক্তিসঙ্গতভাবে সঠিক service ও product information দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করে।
তবে force majeure, courier disruption, network failure বা আমাদের reasonable control-এর বাইরে থাকা ঘটনার কারণে কিছু delay বা interruption হতে পারে।
এই Terms-এর কোনো provision বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইনে customer-এর যে অধিকার বাতিল করা যায় না, সেই অধিকার সীমিত করার উদ্দেশ্যে নয়।
Terms পরিবর্তন
Business operation, service বা আইন পরিবর্তনের কারণে এই Terms & Conditions update করা হতে পারে।
Updated version website-এ প্রকাশের পর কার্যকর হবে, প্রযোজ্য আইন অন্য কিছু না বললে।
প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই Terms & Conditions বাংলাদেশের প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী ব্যাখ্যা ও পরিচালিত হবে।
